Who I am and What I Do
I am lecturer for international relations and
security studies at ETH Zurich and Head of the New Risks Research Unit at the
Center for Security Studies (CSS), ETH Zurich. I have been researching and
publishing on the impact of information technology on national security since
2000 and have briefed many senior government and security officials on issues of
information security and critical infrastructure protection. I hold a degree in
political science, modern history, and international law from the University of
Zurich
